Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in IT, business solutions, enterprise applications, or technology delivery.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication, relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with merchandising platforms, inventory planning systems, or EDI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of technology solutions across project initiatives and production support.
• Own the application portfolio supporting Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Vendor Management, and EDI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and advise on technology investments.
• Oversee planning and delivery of system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and new tech implementations.
• Lead modernization and continuous improvement to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Manage external vendors, contracts, SLAs, and performance.
