Interac is seeking a Systems Engineering, Senior Specialist to ensure reliability, resiliency, and security of corporate and enterprise systems across hybrid infrastructure. You will design, operate, and automate platforms with a focus on governance, audits, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, strong Azure/AWS and Kubernetes experience, and proficiency in IaC, VMware, AD/Exchange, and observability tools.

Formación

• 5+ years infrastructure engineering/operations across hybrid environments (on‑prem and cloud).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT.
• Strong Azure or AWS cloud solutions incl. landing zones and network config, Kubernetes (K8s).
• Experience with source control and DevOps tooling: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube.
• Infrastructure automation with Terraform, CLI, Ansible.
• 5+ years Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server.
• 5+ years VMware core components (vCenter, ESX).
• Experience with AD sites/services, Azure AD, Exchange Server, MS SQL.
• Observability tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch.
• ISO27001 ISMS, audit-ready docs and remediation tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure critical systems meet defined service levels for high availability and DR/BCP readiness.
• Operate hybrid infra across on‑prem and cloud environments, ensuring secure, scalable platforms.
• Automate provisioning with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible); manage Windows and RHEL, patching and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor health and capacity; lead incident troubleshoot and post‑mortem reviews.
• Coordinate security/compliance controls, audit evidence, and vendor escalations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members and standardize processes.
