Job summary

AlgaeCal is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Vancouver-based supply chain team. You will manage end-to-end operations across manufacturing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and shipping, with a focus on accuracy and process improvements.

The role requires at least 3 years in supply chain, strong data analysis, and supplier management. We offer a hybrid work environment and above-market pay with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations across manufacturing, procurement, inventory, warehousing and shipping.
• Proven track record building/improving supply chain processes across distribution channels.
• Experience with forecasting tools and inventory audits to prevent stockouts and delays.
• Experience negotiating supplier terms, issuing POs, and managing supplier performance.

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to shipping.
• Improve processes across multiple distribution channels to boost efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting, and data accuracy to prevent stockouts and excess stock.
