Job summary

You will develop technical specifications, plans, elevations and details for municipal, commercial and industrial projects, working with a Lead Engineer and coordinating with Architects and BIM/CAD designers. Qualifications

• 3–8 years of licensed structural engineering experience.
• Ontario P.Eng registration or eligibility with evident track record.
• Experience designing municipal, commercial or industrial buildings.
• Strong communication and written-report skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specifications, plans, elevations, sections and details for structural projects.
• Lead smaller design scopes and coordinate with architects and BIM/CAD designers.
• Provide direction and markups for BIM/CAD teams to develop drawings.
• Participate in client or contractor meetings and support construction via shop drawings, RFIs and site visits.
