Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large telecom infrastructure programs across North America. You will oversee fiber deployments, wireless builds, and major network upgrades, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards.

You will direct cross-functional teams, manage risks and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across projects. Hybrid work flexibility is available based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted.
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and codes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold safety culture on telecom construction sites.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecom projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry tools.
• Implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Establish and manage project cost tracking, reporting, and documentation.
