Job summary

Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for Genesys Cloud CX to design and deliver end-to-end contact centre solutions in a highly regulated enterprise environment. This role combines hands-on architecture with leadership across programs, vendors, and stakeholders.

Based in Toronto, the position is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the downtown office. You will drive secure, scalable designs and oversee API integrations, data services, and regulatory compliance throughout the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution design or solution architecture for contact centre technology.
• Hands-on Genesys Cloud CX experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering API-based integrations across enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of backend security and regulatory compliance in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for contact centre initiatives, from ideation through implementation.
• Partner with business stakeholders and senior leaders to define objectives and technical approach.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure and supportable contact centre designs.
• Own solution designs across core services, including IVR, routing, recording, WFM, and agent desktops.
• Design Genesys Cloud CX solutions and integrations across internal and external applications.
• Define how Genesys Cloud CX APIs are consumed and how other enterprise systems consume them.
• Provide architectural direction for integrations involving CRM, analytics, data services and middleware.
• Build security, privacy, risk and regulatory compliance into solution designs.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to oversee implementation and alignment with design.
• Act as a senior design authority and maintain traceability from business objectives to delivered functionality.
• Produce clear design documentation and present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
