ICBC in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Solutions Architect Leader for Contact Centre Solutions to drive architecture for Genesys Cloud-based capabilities. You will translate business goals into scalable enterprise solutions, guiding cross-functional teams and external partners, with a focus on security, reliability, and performance.

You’ll collaborate with business leaders to define scope, options, estimates, and timelines, while shaping a technology strategy and roadmaps for contact centre

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience including Genesys Cloud.
• Experience designing and integrating contact centre solutions with AI and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Telecom/Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of SIP networking and Cisco infrastructure is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate as the lead technical architect for a portfolio of contact centre initiatives.
• Define scope, options, estimates and timelines for end-to-end delivery.
• Guide teams in designing, configuring, integrating and deploying solutions.
• Identify risks and deliver effective communications to stakeholders.
