Job summary

SE Health, a national not-for-profit social enterprise, is seeking a Senior Director, HR Systems, Product Owner to provide strategic leadership for the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday HCM, learning and health & safety solutions. You will shape the strategic roadmap, govern vendor partnerships, and oversee enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives.

You will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions, optimize processes, and deliver value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field required.
• Master's degree or advanced certification in technical or business discipline is an asset.
• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related HR discipline demonstrating commitment to bridging technical expertise with HR domain knowledge.
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in HR technology, enterprise systems, integrations, transformation leadership and HRIS ecosystem management with 5+ years in Workday space and 3 years HR Systems Architecture.
• Solid understanding of HR processes across Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Learning, Talent Management, and Health & Safety.
• Implementation experience on advanced Workday functions (Compensation, Talent, Learning) an asset.
• Experience with Sodales an asset.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technology roadmaps aligning HR capabilities with business strategy and workforce needs.
• Architect integrated HR technology ecosystems enabling seamless people, process, and technology transformation.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, governance and investment prioritization for technology initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end HR transformation initiatives from design through adoption and change management.
