Job summary

Sonova Canada is seeking a Scheduling Logistics Coordinator in Vernon, BC to join our Workplace Industrial Division. This full-time, 35-hour-per-week office-based role focuses on coordinating annual hearing tests and respirator fit testing for existing clients across British Columbia.

You will manage client scheduling requests by phone and email, coordinate with Industrial Audiometric Technicians, and keep accurate records while delivering timely follow-up communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and scheduling tools.
• Experience with scheduling is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual hearing testing and respirator fit testing appointments with existing clients using established monthly schedules.
• Receive and respond to scheduling requests from new and existing clients by phone and email.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate client needs while considering technician availability, travel, and efficiencies.
• Provide timely follow-up communication to clients regarding scheduled services.
• Provide general information about services to new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with Industrial Audiometric Technicians who travel throughout British Columbia.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information and ensure changes are communicated promptly.
