Job summary

The Home Depot Canada, via Askuity, seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to lead email campaigns and automated journeys. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define triggers, manage projects, and optimize performance based on analytics.

The role requires 2–4 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, plus a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, CS, or related field. Hybrid work in downtown Toronto is offered with on-site Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, CS or related field.
• 2–4 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and optimization of email campaigns and journeys in Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with Service Cloud and cross-functional teams on data integration and segmentation.
• Manage daily platform operations, testing, and troubleshooting.
