D&H Distributing is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to work in a hybrid capacity across Toronto, Canada, Harrisburg, PA, or Tampa, FL. You will support sales, handle inquiries, and manage orders while collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes CRM management, order processing, and cross-functional support within a growing employee-owned tech distributor serving SMB and consumer markets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of office or call center-based customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large numbers of incoming calls and respond to inquiries (ETAs, pricing, inventory, after-sales).
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Keep customer records current using our CRM tool.
• Process customer orders and returns via phone, email and EDI in CCA.
• Handle order entries, bids and quotes for accounts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and ethics including attendance.
