D&H Distributing Co. is seeking a customer-facing professional in a hybrid role based in Toronto, Harrisburg, or Tampa. You will work with sales teams to drive customer satisfaction, revenue, and long-term goals in line with the company’s vision.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume inquiries, providing product information, maintaining CRM data, processing orders/returns, and supporting account activation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years in office or call center customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle large number of customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
• Process orders and returns via phone, email, and data interfaces.
• Resolve issues and activate new accounts.
• Support sales reps and cross-sell where appropriate.
