Job summary

Zendesk Canada is seeking a results-driven sales hunter for a pure outbound role across SMB to Enterprise segments. You will engage with prospects, research needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive opportunity velocity.

The role is hybrid with some in-office time, and you will craft personalized messaging, conduct outbound calls, and build a robust pipeline while delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales-related experience
• Experience in SMB/Enterprise/Commercial segments
• Competitive mindset and self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, 6sense
• Bachelor’s Degree preferable

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to understand business challenges
• Collaborate with the Sales team to target prospects
• Generate high-value pipeline across SMB, Commercial or Enterprise accounts
• Create personalized messaging for outbound prospects for Zendesk
• Leverage research and messaging to drive outbound calls to prospects
• Research companies through 10K, 10Q, investor presentations and news
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experience
