Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Canada, Inc. is seeking a Retail Operations Co-op in Toronto for Winter 2027. The role offers exposure to the CPG retail space and cross‑functional collaboration within the Retail Operations team.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, D2C Operations & Comm and supports in retail performance, planning, reporting, and event coordination. Hybrid work: 3 days onsite, 2 remote, 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support retail operations projects across teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations for retail projects.
• Assist with store maintenance requests and events.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with planning and sourcing of store incentives.
• Support invoicing and non-financial reporting.
