Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Reporting Analyst to support project reporting by collecting, validating, and consolidating project data into routine reports, dashboards, and summaries covering cost, schedule, progress, and performance.

The role involves preparing cost, schedule, progress, and performance reports, data collection and validation, and supporting project controls across the lifecycle with a focus on accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in cost control, reporting, or data analysis.
• Engineering or construction project experience is an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel formulas.
• Able to learn new software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain routine project cost, schedule, progress, and performance reports.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze project data.
• Support project setup, monitoring, and reporting across the lifecycle.
• Provide month-end cost report updates for control accounts.
• Track actual costs against budgets and support variance analysis.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and project controls records.
• Identify data inconsistencies and reporting gaps.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and data extracts as required.
• Follow project controls procedures and PM standards.
