Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Process Control Administrator in Canada to coordinate all aspects of client offerings from inception to installation to final delivery. You will ensure proxy and non-proxy jobs are properly set up for distribution and support issuer mailings for shareholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma not strictly required but strong administrative background preferred.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or financial operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt and application of project information to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver accurate, timely deliverables for issuer clients.
• Perform QC by validating data and proofreading documents for accuracy.
• Assist in promoting and implementing regulatory changes and new products.
• Handle large volumes of alphanumeric data using Microsoft tools and internal systems.
