Job summary

Broadridge Canada is seeking a Process Control Administrator to coordinate client project information from inception to delivery, ensuring proxy and non-proxy jobs are prepared accurately for issuer meetings.

The role requires strong data management, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and mainframe systems, with collaboration across Client Management, Production Operations, and Sales to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; college diploma in business admin is asset.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar position or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in Compliance and Audit is essential.
• Exposure to printing and financial business operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented environment; experience in the financial industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt and application of project information to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver accurate mailings for issuer clients on schedule.
• Use Microsoft Access, Excel, and mainframe systems to process data.
• Review dockets, samples, and Work Orders; verify information and sign off.
• Coordinate regulatory mailings and notices with teams; ensure accuracy.
• Provide analytical reports and assist in client feedback for new products.
