Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector across various functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of OSFI's CAR guideline and credit risk framework.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of the advanced internal ratings-based (AIRB) approach for risk measurement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to challenge and validate the quality of assessments provided by stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with ability to maintain independent perspective.
• Proven collaboration skills across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Tracking assessment progress by following up with stakeholders.
• Providing SAP tool training to stakeholders.
• Addressing stakeholder’s ad hoc request or questions.
• Facilitating working session with stakeholders to address concerns.
• Performing review/challenge on submitted assessments.
• Drafting presentation and reporting materials for senior management / regulator.
• Supporting the team’s quarterly regulatory reporting initiatives.
