Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Dental Regional Manager to oversee multiple clinics across Downtown Toronto and the GTA. You will drive clinic performance, staff scheduling, patient experience, and financial results while guiding teams to resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in multi-clinic management, and willingness to travel regularly throughout Downtown Toronto and the GTA.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dental management experience.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple dental clinics.
• Experience leading and developing Practice Managers.
• Strong understanding of dental clinic financials and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Downtown Toronto and the GTA.
