Job summary

Corix, based in Vancouver, BC, seeks a Project Manager to lead district energy and utility infrastructure projects from design through handover. Hybrid work is offered, with in-person site collaboration as needed.

You will drive decisive decisions, manage stakeholders, and advance a growing low-carbon portfolio across North America. The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication to navigate technical, commercial, and regulatory priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, project management, and construction.
• Engineering degree as listed, with professional registration or eligibility.
• Construction management and site supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical) is a plus.
• French language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects through full lifecycle from design to handover.
• Make timely, well-reasoned decisions to maintain momentum and manage risk.
• Take initiative and drive solutions with limited information.
• Lead diverse stakeholders to align and achieve outcomes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, schedules, change orders, and reporting.
• Review deliverables and construction progress for quality and compliance.
• Anticipate risks and remove blockers while balancing costs and timelines.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Junior Project Managers.
