Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Licensing Product Manager to own licensing and entitlement design for launches across B2B SaaS products. You will map features to licenses, define entitlement models, and ensure accurate CRM alignment with SKU data.

Join Product Operations in a hybrid role with in-office days and collaborate with Pricing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales Ops to drive scalable licensing strategies and governance for new product introductions.

Formación

• 7+ years in product management, engineering, commercial operations, IT, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience constructing licensing or entitlements for B2B SaaS, or experience in the product and engineering development lifecycle for SaaS products.
• Able to read, write, and troubleshoot XML and catch errors in license/entitlement definitions before production.
• Proficient in SOQL/SQL to query product, license, entitlement data, and audit catalog consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Own licensing and entitlement design for launches.
• Define the entitlement model for each offer: features on, limits, provisioning, and enforcement.
• Recommend license and entitlement structures to Product and Pricing teams, tied to business outcomes.
• Validate license/entitlement mappings to license containers, SKU, and product records in the CRM.
• Maintain traceability from SKU to license to entitlement to feature for sellable items.
• Partner with Engineering and Provisioning on entitlement behavior, including limits and overage handling.
• Build licensing governance into the NPI process for new launches and repackaging.
• Own license and entitlement sign-off for launches.
• Train Product Operations leads for baseline project reviews and workload rebalance with volume changes.
• Create operating standards, QA checklists, configuration options and use cases.
• Develop enablement materials for scalable, agentic responses for pricing stakeholders.
• Close current licensing gaps.
• Define ownership model for cross-cloud licensing decisions between Product and Prod Ops, including legacy products.
• Build an M&A licensing playbook for integrating acquired-user licenses.
