Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Qualify and interview applicants: call educators, assess experience, schedule interviews.
• Build value and excitement: share Zen Educate’s mission and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team: work with recruiters to transition candidates through screening and onboarding.
• Place educators into classrooms across the US to fill staffing needs.
• Test and innovate: explore new tools and AI to improve recruitment processes.
• Think like an owner: contribute ideas and take initiative in a mission-driven startup.
