You will collaborate with the Business Innovation Department to apply Toyota Way methodologies, design standard work, and foster kaizen culture aligned with Toyota Way principles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process transformation with measurable results.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in-office a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to identify problems, map processes, analyze data, and implement root-cause solutions.
• Apply Toyota Way methodologies (TPS, TBP) to support standardized work and visual process mapping.
• Connect improvement opportunities across departments within the TFS value stream.
• Support end-to-end process improvement across operations, technology, and customer-facing teams.
• Facilitate workshops and training on Toyota Way methodologies.
