Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a major Oil Sands project currently in its early stages, with an anticipated lifespan of about five years. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for 20-25 technical and professional roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and negotiating in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes delivering immediate hiring needs while proactively building talent pipelines and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to independently manage candidates through full lifecycle including offers.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline development experience.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for technical and project-based roles.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for future hiring.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments.
• Present and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment systems to manage activities.
• Participate in staffing meetings with hiring managers.
