Job summary

Novo in Quebec is seeking an occupational injury management advisor to join our hybrid team. You will advise employers on best practices after a professional injury and build trusted relationships with clients.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will evaluate eligibility, handle complex files with financial implications, support clients in maintaining employment, and link claims management to prevention. French fluency is required; English is an asset.

Qualifications

• Training in industrial relations, human resources or OHS, plus admin health or labour law experience.
• Microprogram in disability management or strategic OHS management (asset).
• Knowledge of prevention mutuals (asset).
• Excellent command of spoken and written French.
• Proficiency in English (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on management strategy after occupational injury based on established processes.
• Advise on medico-administrative follow-up of professional injury files.
• Take charge of complex and contentious files with significant financial impacts.
• Support clients to promote the maintenance of the employment relationship.
• Advise clients by linking claims management, prevention and CNESST pricing.
• Act as an employer representative with CNESST, DRA and TAT.
