Job summary

Groupe conseil NOVO SST inc. is seeking an occupational injury management advisor to work in hybrid mode from our office in Quebec, Longueuil or Laval. You will advise employers on best practices for managing injuries and maintain trusting client relationships.

With a multidisciplinary team, you will handle CNESST files, provide strategic guidance on prevention and claims, and act as the employer representative with CNESST, DRA and TAT.

Qualifications

• Training in industrial relations, human resources or OHS; experience in an administrative position in health, labour law or related fields.
• Microprogram in disability management or strategic OHS management (asset)
• Knowledge of prevention mutuals (asset)
• Excellent command of spoken and written French
• Proficiency in English (asset)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate eligibility and carry out medico-administrative follow-up of professional injury files
• Take charge of complex and contentious files with significant financial impacts
• Support the clients in order to promote the maintenance of the employment relationship
• Advise clients by establishing links between claims management, prevention and pricing at the CNESST
• Act as an employer representative with the various organizations (CNESST, DRA and TAT)
