Novo is seeking an occupational injury management advisor to join its team. You will work in hybrid mode from our office in Quebec, Longueuil or Laval, advising employers on best management practices after a professional injury and building trusted client relationships.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, handling CNESST files and collaborating with various actors to optimize claims management, prevention and employment retention.

Formación

• Training in industrial relations, HR or OHS with admin health or labor law experience.
• Disability management or strategic OHS microprogram is an asset.
• Knowledge of prevention mutuals is an asset.
• Excellent command of spoken and written French.
• English proficiency is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate eligibility and carry out medico-administrative follow-up of professional injury files
• Take charge of complex and contentious files with significant financial impacts
• Support the clients in order to promote the maintenance of the employment relationship
• Advise clients by establishing links between claims management, prevention and pricing at the CNESST
• Act as an employer representative with the various organizations (CNESST, DRA and TAT)

Well surrounded by our specialized multidisciplinary team, you will advise clients on the management strategy to adopt following an occupational injury based on established processes and best practices. Your mandates will offer you challenges to overcome thanks to the great diversity of CNESST files and the numerous interactions with the different actors involved.
