Job summary

Novo is seeking an occupational injury management advisor to join our team. The position offers hybrid work from our Quebec office in Quebec, Longueuil, or Laval. You will advise employers on best practices following a professional injury, building trust with clients and guiding them through CNESST processes.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to manage CNESST files and interactions, ensuring effective risk prevention and fair pricing, while maintaining strong employer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on management strategy after occupational injury using established processes.

• Handle complex, high-impact files and support client relationship continuity.
• Link claims management, prevention and CNESST pricing for clients.
• Represent employers with CNESST, DRA and TAT.

Your primary role will be to advise our clients, i.e. employers, on the best management practices to adopt following a professional injury and thus establish a relationship of trust with clients.

This is what your daily life will look like

Well surrounded by our specialized multidisciplinary team, you will advise clients on the management strategy to adopt following an occupational injury based on established processes and best practices. Your mandates will offer you challenges to overcome thanks to the great diversity of CNESST files and the numerous interactions with the different actors involved.

Here is what your daily life will look like:

• Evaluate eligibility and carry out medico-administrative follow-up of professional injury files
• Take charge of complex and contentious files with significant financial impacts
• Support the clients in order to promote the maintenance of the employment relationship
• Advise clients by establishing links between claims management, prevention and pricing at the CNESST
• Act as an employer representative with the various organizations (CNESST, DRA and TAT)

Qualifications and talents

• Training in industrial relations, human resources or OHS, experience in an administrative position in health, labor law or any other combination of training and relevant experience

• Excellent command of spoken and written French
