Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Montreal, QC, Canada is seeking a PLM Functional Analyst to evaluate, design, and optimize PLM solutions across engineering and manufacturing. You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT to deliver implementations on 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, and Windchill, and lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, and training to drive adoption.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in PLM, with a focus on improving processes and maximizing PLM value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PLM and business process transformation experience.
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter or Windchill for requirements gathering and implementation support.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in documenting and modeling complex business processes.
• Experience with data analysis and data qualification to support design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate PLM capabilities and current processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and design optimized implementation strategies.
• Document current-state and design future-state processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with solution architects and IT delivery teams to communicate requirements and resolve gaps.
• Lead user acceptance testing and deployment readiness activities.
• Drive user adoption through training and change management initiatives.
