Job summary

Techso, founded in Montreal (2014), seeks a PLM Functional Analyst to help clients define, analyze, and implement PLM digital solutions across Canada and internationally. You’ll guide projects beyond CAD, advising on business needs and transformation of engineering processes.

The role involves rapid collaboration with clients in aerospace, automotive, finance, events, and watchmaking, and delivering end-user training, UAT, and deployment support as part of a dynamic team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Internship/Co-op or strong interest in PLM and Industry 4.0.
• Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes solutions: 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA or DELMIA.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling using CATIA or Siemens NX.
• Ability to communicate in French and English with colleagues and clients.
• Willingness to travel internationally 6–24 months.
• Ability to work on projects that may require security or defense clearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and curiosity in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client functional requirements.
• Write detailed functional specifications for PLM projects.
• Participate in defining and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support change management initiatives and end-user training.
• Provide functional support during deployment and post-production activities.
• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams and support engineering activities.
• Help implement PLM solutions meeting client business needs.
• Contribute to large-scale projects in manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
