Job summary

Techso seeks a PLM Business Analyst to analyze client processes and implement digital PLM solutions across Canada and internationally. You will partner with stakeholders, translate needs into objectives, and drive transformation of engineering processes.

You will collaborate with BA and process architects, support change management, and mentor teams while ensuring solutions meet defined requirements. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years in a similar PLM/business analysis role (aerospace preferred).
• Strong PLM experience with Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens.
• Excellent MS Office skills; SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Minitab).
• Model business processes with ARIS, IcePanel, or C4.
• Knowledge of programming language, Visual Basic.
• Strong workshop facilitation and end-user training abilities.
• Bilingual in French and English; travel within Canada and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business context and identify stakeholders.
• Gather needs and translate into clear, actionable objectives.
• Document functional and non‑functional requirements with constant alignment to priorities.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to design solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to validate and refine proposed solutions.
• Support transformation documents and validate business cases after implementation.
• Assist clients through change management and process optimization.
