Smith + Andersen in Toronto is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to tell the firm’s stories and develop marketing content for Canada’s trusted engineering firm.

This generalist role covers interviews, articles, social posts, newsletters, intranet, and campaigns, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications.

You’ll collaborate with graphic designers and web teams to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery of communications across offices and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong writing ability for articles and social posts.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications plans and ensure execution to timelines.
• Conduct interviews to tell Smith + Andersen stories through articles and case studies.
• Create content for internal and external channels including social media, newsletters, intranet, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate internal communications initiatives and keep stakeholders informed.
