Job summary

ProxyLink is hiring a Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and execute strategic marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement for a client in Canada. The role focuses on social media, influencer partnerships, content creation, and multi-channel campaigns.

The candidate should bring client-side or agency experience, a degree in Marketing/Communications, and a passion for building consumer relationships within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3-5 years in marketing communications, client-side or agency
• Experience with social media platforms and marketing tech (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Salesforce)
• Strong passion for consumer relationships and marketing value
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance deadlines with strategy
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience building and sustaining online communities across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage strategic marketing and communications initiatives aligned with brand goals.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, content, advertising, sponsorships, and web content.
• Oversee community management and engagement across global social platforms.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives and coordinate content creation.
• Understand brand positioning and measure marketing effectiveness with metrics.
• Build consumer relationships through digital marketing and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet client objectives.
