• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Support mainframe modernization, cloud migration, and integration with distributed platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
