Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist in translating business needs into technical requirements.
Assist in interpreting operational results and analyzing usage patterns.
Maintain reports and reporting tools for traffic management across service centers and partners.
Interact with other organizations to develop solutions for anticipated technical needs.
Define and document requirements for data, workflows, hardware and OS environments; interface with other systems.
