Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, structural engineering or related field.
• Ten years of transmission line engineering experience with utility, EPC or consulting groups.
• Five or more years in engineering leadership, project management, or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for overhead transmission line projects and ensure design deliverables meet standards.
• Lead route selection, line design, structure loading, foundations, clearances, and construction support.
• Oversee QA/QC programs, design reviews, and adherence to client-specific quality requirements.
• Mentor and develop engineers, manage performance, and coordinate staffing and succession planning.
• Support business development and client account growth initiatives and travel to client sites as needed.
