Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR or Labour Relations.
• Experience in a unionized environment, preferably federally regulated.
• Postsecondary education in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in labour relations committees and grievance committees.
• Participate in mediation, conciliation, and dispute resolution processes.
• Coordinate and conduct disciplinary investigations involving employee conduct and policy adherence.
• Advise managers on progressive disciplinary measures within collective agreements and policies.
• Provide advice on interpretation and application of collective agreements.
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop compliant solutions respecting the negotiated framework.
