• Master Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with IT help desk in Microsoft 365 environment required.
• Proficient in IT asset management, ticketing tools and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record incidents and requests via IT Service Desk channels.
• Support, diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Install and configure software and office equipment per specs.
