Job summary

Circular Materials is seeking a hands-on IT Operations & M3 Support Analyst to support the M3 Post-Collection Portal, rugged devices, and broader IT operations. This hybrid role is based in the Greater Vancouver Area with regular onsite work at the Vancouver office to assist users and manage equipment, while enabling remote work as appropriate.

The role covers Level 1/2 support, device management, incident triage, documentation, and participation in general service desk activities, with a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4–5 years of Level 1/2 IT support experience.
• Experience with Intune/MDM and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with Android devices and rugged devices.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support for the M3 portal and device issues.
• Configure, deploy, and support rugged Android/scanning devices.
• Manage devices via Intune/MDM, enforce security policies, updates, remote lock/wipe.
• Support Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, endpoints, peripherals, and user issues.
• Coordinate hardware warranty, replacement, spare-device, and lifecycle activities.
• Attend the Vancouver office regularly to provide onsite IT support.
