Job summary

Absolute Security is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Vancouver to provide hands-on technical support across Windows, Mac, Android and iOS platforms. You will work hybrid from our downtown office 2–3 days a week, handle the support queue, and help safeguard sensitive data.

You’ll gain exposure to Intune, SharePoint and encryption tools while collaborating with IT colleagues on projects and documentation. A strong customer service mindset and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an IT support role
• Proficient with Windows, Mac, Android/iOS and Office 365

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier IT support to employees worldwide
• Handle tickets, meet SLAs, follow IT best practices
• Set up, upgrade, and swap laptops, phones, and gear
• Participate in projects and maintain IT docs
• Keep hardware/software inventory organized
• Take turn on after-hours on-call rotation
• Protect security and privacy of the company and customers
• Collaborate with IT team to improve processes
