Job summary

InvestorLine is seeking a Communications Specialist to support internal communications using SharePoint and digital channels. Hybrid role in Downtown Toronto, 2-3 days in office, Mondays and Wednesdays required.

The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and organized project coordinator with experience across multiple channels. The role involves drafting communications, managing intranet content, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with Change Management and other teams within the Strategy &

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a communications-related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate/internal communications or employee engagement.
• Hands-on experience creating, publishing, and maintaining content in SharePoint and other digital channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing digital content and intranet platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft internal business communications and ensure alignment with strategy and brand.
• Translate complex initiatives into clear internal communications.
• Manage email formatting and distribution across platforms for readability and impact.
• Track and analyze communication performance against KPIs.
• Develop summaries translating data into insights for stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain communication calendars and coordinate deliverables across initiatives.
• Manage InvestorLine's internal channels, intranet, news, and resource pages.
• Monitor channel performance and drive improvements in reach and engagement.
• Support governance with publishing standards and content inventories.
• Recommend new approaches to improve digital communication effectiveness.
• Support planning and execution of internal events and engagement sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect business priorities in messaging.
• Align communications with change strategies and project timelines.
