Allstate Canada Group is seeking an energetic Hybrid Sales Agent in the Kitchener-Waterloo area to grow a personal book of business and advise clients on insurance options. You will split time on-site and remotely, building relationships and meeting targets within your community.

You will receive coaching, licensing support, and access to a flexible benefits plan as part of a national brand, with uncapped commissions and incentives to drive earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing a personal sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to become licensed to sell insurance in your province (licensed or able to obtain licensure).
• Hybrid role requiring on-site presence and flexibility in schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
• Meet with prospective clients, assess needs, and guide them to suitable insurance solutions.
• Attend local events and partner with community organizations to grow your network.
• Maintain regular sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Nurture client relationships for long-term business and referrals.
