Consolidated Gypsum Supply in Edmonton is seeking an Inside Sales/Warehouse Material Handler to join our branch. This dual-role covers sales on the desk and operating a forklift in the yard/warehouse, supporting customers including contractors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs including drywall.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phone, respond to emails on the sales desk.
• Provide assistance to customers through quoting and ordering process.
• Produce packing slips for pick-up, delivered, or direct transactions.
• Advise customers on use and care of merchandise.
• Maintain customer files and CRM records.
• Keep up to date with new products and reviews of stock levels.
• Organize showroom merchandise and design showroom for client purchases.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and other duties as directed.
