Consolidated Gypsum Supply Ltd. in Edmonton is seeking an Inside Sales/Warehouse Material Handler to join our branch. This dual-role will balance sales desk duties with hands-on yard and forklift work to support loading and unloading building materials.

The successful candidate will assist customers, quote and process orders, maintain showroom displays, and ensure accurate inventory and CRM records. A strong customer focus and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with CRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phone, respond to emails on the sales desk.
• Provide assistance to customers through quoting and ordering process.
• Produce packing slips for pick-up, delivered, or direct transactions.
• Advise customers on use and care of merchandise.
• Maintain customer files.
• Execute the CRM process.
• Keep up to date with new products.
• Accept payment as outlined by Sales Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Organize showroom merchandise.
• Review stocking levels and ensure quantity is reasonable.
• Design Showroom for client purchase optimization.
• Complete opening and closing tasks.
• Other duties as directed by Branch/Operations Manager.
