Job summary

Metso Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Crushing & Screening to support customer inquiries, quotations and aftermarket opportunities related to equipment, spare parts, wear parts, upgrades and services. You will help identify best-fit solutions and ensure accurate, timely proposals.

You will review models, serial numbers, configurations and bills of materials to identify the best-fit solutions, clarify requirements, and prepare technical quotations with scope, pricing, lead times

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, inside sales, customer service, product support or similar.
• Strong customer service mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to interpret technical docs, BOMs and equipment data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Knowledge of crushing and screening equipment or aftermarket solutions (nice to have).
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mining, or Industrial Eng, or equivalent experience (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Support customer inquiries, quotations, and opportunities for crushing & screening equipment, parts, wear parts, upgrades and services.
• Review models, serial numbers, configurations, drawings, BOMs and supply history to identify solutions.
• Help customers and stakeholders identify spare-part, wear-part, upgrade, replacement and lifecycle solutions.
• Clarify technical and commercial requirements to ensure accurate quotations.
• Prepare and support technical quotations with scope, pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Coordinate with technical sales support, product support, engineering, procurement and experts to validate solutions.
• Partner with site account managers to identify aftermarket and lifecycle opportunities.
• Follow up on open quotations and progress qualified opportunities.
