Job summary

Metso is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Quote and Order Management Specialist) to join our global team. You will manage quotes, orders, and invoicing, interfacing with sales, purchasing, logistics and finance to ensure accurate, timely execution and a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in quote/order management in manufacturing or distribution, are fluent in French and English, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quote and order management in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication in French and English; detail-oriented with high data accuracy.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely customer quotes based on product specs, pricing and delivery requirements.
• Manage the full order lifecycle: entry, tracking and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with global partners, purchasing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle invoicing and billing; resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the quote and order process.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity in systems.
• Identify process improvements in customer service workflows.
