Job summary

Quadbridge Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its growing team in Canada. You'll support accounts, generate quotes, place orders, and collaborate with suppliers to configure products.

The role requires 2-4 years in customer service with sales, bilingual English and French, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Full-time, hybrid schedule with base salary in the $55k–$60k CAD range plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant customer service experience with sales experience being a plus.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and interest in directly impacting the business.
• Passion for relationship building, creative problem-solving.
• A proactive, responsible approach to business with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English due to customers outside Quebec.
• An analytical approach to the book of business.
• Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations.
• Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Accounts Managers and their customers on a daily basis.
• Generate quotes, place sales orders, search for products, and work with suppliers to build configurations.
• Work with sales operations and services team to deliver products and services to customers efficiently.
• Build relationships with clients over the phone, attend conference calls and get familiar with accounts to create multiple level contacts.
• Put together Technology Solutions from the broadest selection of hardware, software, services in the industry.
• Work with current customers in order to understand their business to better educate them on the value of working with Quadbridge.
• Build, grow, and maintain positive relationships with your customers, driving a great customer service experience.
• Review customer backorder ETA and communicate delays and offer customers comparable solutions if available.Enter and update pipeline of assigned account managers as needed.
• Submit and manage deal registrations for customer opportunities.
