Job summary

Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator (Temporary Full Time) based at the South Terminal of Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in Richmond, BC. The role blends in-office and remote work with travel across British Columbia to meet growth targets.

The candidate will support charter services, travel trade relationships, and groups while promoting flight programs such as QuikPass, Government, and ISICSTUDENT. A minimum of one year in sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with travel agencies, corporate accounts, tour operators, Government and Indigenous communities is an asset.
• Understanding of aviation reservation systems (AmeliaRES) or similar charter processing software.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; aviation industry experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide secondary support and vacation coverage to the Manager, Charter Sales & Program.
• Funnel charter sales opportunities and liaise with clients on group or charter products.
• Develop relationships with travel agencies and tour operators to grow revenue.
• Support programs like QuikPass, Government, BCAA and ISICSTUDENT with reporting.
