Job summary

Pacific Coastal Airlines is seeking a Temporary Full Time Inside Sales Coordinator based at the South Terminal of Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in Richmond, BC. The role operates in a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work, with frequent travel throughout British Columbia to support charter services, travel trade accounts, and group travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in travel, marketing or sales preferred.
• Experience with travel agencies and government or Indigenous accounts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AmeliaRES or similar charter systems highly desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; aviation industry experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Support charter sales opportunities and funnel them to the Manager, Charter Sales & Program.
• Develop relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and consolidators to grow revenue.
• Manage QuikPass, Government, BCAA and ISICSTUDENT programs and related reports.
• Lead group travel accounts, follow up on inquiries, and support sales targets.
• Provide strategic customer service and assist in meeting growth objectives.
