Job summary

Covenant Health’s Projects team is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, execution, and close-out of capital, infrastructure, renovation, and facility improvement projects across Covenant Health in Alberta. You will work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to manage scope, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and communications.

Hybrid work arrangements apply within Alberta.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
• WHMIS training and the ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, reporting for capital projects.
• Coordinate meetings, document management, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist in contract administration and project close-out.
• Monitor progress and risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
